ASBU Urges Media to Play its Role in Exposing Israeli occupation Horrific Crimes After Al-Ahli Arab Hospital Brutal Massacre

Once again, the Israeli occupation’s ugly face is revealed by bombing Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza City yesterday, October 17th, 2023 leaving more than 500 martyrs, most of whom are women and children.

The Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU) renews its strong condemnation and denunciation of this brutal massacre and considers the mass killing of hundreds of innocent people as a blatant violation and defiance to all international laws and conventions.

This bloody attack extends the long list of crimes and massacres committed by the Israel throughout its history, stained with martyrs’ blood in their struggle to regain their usurped land.

This heinous crime comes after more than a week of daily and heavy Israeli aircraft bombing of Gaza Strip targeting buildings and residential complexes, destroying all aspects of life there. It is worth reminding that Israel’s decision to cut off electricity, water, fuel supplies, food, and medicine to Gaza, is not just a severe humanitarian crisis but a blatant violation of international law and a War Crime.

Finally, ASBU puts emphasis on Media’s significant role at times of crisis and conflict through exposing the ugliness and criminality of Israeli occupation forces crimes, communicating the Truth of heinous atrocities and human rights violations committed and conveying the Palestinian Voice to the whole world, who will continue their legitimate struggle to recover their stolen rights and their seized land and achieve their dream: genuine freedom and total independence in the State of Palestine, with Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
